Q. Are there any setup fees?
*A. Only if you choose to pay monthly, cost £99

Q. I already have a domain name, can I use it?
A. Yes. The domain name can be easily redirected to our servers at no extra cost.

Q. I already have hosting elsewhere, can I use it?
A. Yes, so long as it meets the specifications below. Please check with us first.
Linux platform, mysql 5.6, php 5.6, shell access, cron tasks, ftp access.

Q. Will I get Support with my websites?
A. Yes, we provide support for your hosting and email accounts for the first year then, every year thereafter with a hosting subscription fee of £120 p.a. or you can pay £12 per month which covers your support, hosting and email. We provide Webmastering Solutions dependant on how much support you need and your budget.

Q. Do you receive a percentage on items sold through the website?
A. No, we have no relationship to the wholesaler. All profits are paid directly to you.

Q. Can I add or remove other products?
A. Yes, you have full administrative access. You can add your own products also.

Q. Where do the products come from?
A. We will disclose the wholesaler at the time of purchase.

Q. What about stock levels, would they update automatically or is that manual process I must perform?
A. We update the stock content automatically every day.

Q. Can I have the products on eBay as well as my website?
A. Yes, we can upload all your items to eBay, Amazon and a host of other channels. Details available upon request.

Q. Would I get any traffic through Google at all or would that be something I would have to pay for?
A. We will produce a sitemap which we submit to Google. It takes time for Google to index your sitemap, however once you're listed you will start to receive traffic. We can also help you market your website online using Facebook and Twitter. See our other Solutions.

Q. How secure is the website?
A. All payments are done through secure payment providers e.g. PayPal, 2Checkout, WorldPay, SagePay. No card details are ever recorded on the website.

Q. Can I modify all aspects of the website?
A. Absolutely, you can do anything you like. We are always on hand to do the work for you.

Q. Can I use my own logo?
A. Yes, we can add this for you at no extra cost or we can design a logo for you.

Q. Will the site work on mobiles and tablets?
A. Yes, we use a responsive design so your customers can view your website across a wide variety of devices and platforms.

Q. What are the on-going costs?
A. After 12 months the cost for hosting your website is £140 per year. If you pay monthly for your website there is no hosting charge.

Q. How soon will it take for my website to be live?
A. As soon as we receive your order it will take approximately 48-72 hours for the website to be online.
